The Auditorium is located directly above the coffeehouse-bar gym and can accommodate up to 200 people. The room offers a special atmosphere in a creative environment. The Auditorium is not for rent for private affairs such as birthdays or weddings.

  • The event organizers renting the PROGR facilities are themselves responsible for the organization of caterings and the choice of respective catering providers. Recommendations and contacts are available on demand. 

Important informationen

  • There are no parking possibilities in the PROGR area. The loading and unloading of goods is possible. Please use public parking lots. 
  • Smoking is prohibited in the entire building of the PROGR foundation.
  • More events can take place simultaneously in the PROGR.

Kulturpunkt

Since 2012, the Kulturpunkt has been located on the ground floor of PROGR’s west wing (room 009, Speichergasse 4). It is flanked by galleries and restaurants and is only a few minutes walk from Bern’s main station.

The Kulturpunkt is a flexible, multifunctional 60 m2 space for 50 - 60 people. It has proven itself as an exhibition and event space for meetings, workshops, readings, screenings as well as lounge and festival center.

The Kulturpunk has its own staircase entrance from PROGR’s west courtyard and is fully wheelchair accessible (automatic door opening at the entrance to Speichergasse 4 including a new wheelchair elevator and wheelchair-friendly toilet.

Der Haupt­sitz

The Hauptsitz (room 010, ground floor) can be rented in the evenings and on weekends.

Monday - Friday from 6:30 p.m.
flat rate: CHF 250.- per evening
extra staff: CHF 60.- per evening

Saturday and Sunday all day
rates: CHF 280.- per half day, CHF 420.- day
extra staff: CHF 60.- per half day, CHF 120.- day

Cultural and charitable organizations receive additional discounts.

Infos zum Co-Working Angebot

Stube

The Stube is centrally located in the PROGR cultural center, five minutes walking distance from the main station.
The room is suitable for a range of activities from meetings, workshops and courses to creative projects, movement, dance, children’s singing afternoons or even as a performance venue.

The room offers considerable atmosphere with its 62 m2 floor space, high, bright windows and its own staircase into the inner courtyard.

The spatial arrangements are completely flexible and consist of a small kitchenette, cozy sofas, a mirrored wall, blackboard, beamer, flipchart, sound system incl. microphones and stands, as well as tables and chairs for up to 30 people.
